Expert Advice

Our expertise in the contract sector internationally means we can provide help in ensuring the technical requirements of a specific project match a selected quality.

The environment is a key consideration in the way we do business as it is with most of our clients – The environmental credentials of all our products are available on the product data sheets

We can provide relevant FR certification on all products on request.

If bespoke work is required we will of course assist you in ensuring the quality developed is fit for purpose and exceeds expectations.

Flexibility and Speed

Our customer services department are able to take your orders or answer your queries from 0830 – 1700 GMT daily.

Stocked items are despatched on the same day as long as orders are placed before 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 11a.m. on Friday will be dispatched that day subject to stock availability.

Our printed collections are available within 10 days of order, if no stock is available.

Fulfilment

We understand how time dependent the contract fabric sector can be so we consistently monitor our service levels in all areas of customer service including availability and 'on-time in-full' deliveries in order to consistently meet the majority of customer needs.
